Client tasks don’t always fit into a single to-do. Now you can nest tasks under a parent, so your team sees exactly how work breaks down. No more separate checklists or side documents. Everything stays in one place.
Staying aligned across projects means knowing when things change without checking constantly.
Two small additions that save a lot of “hey, did you see my message?” Slack pings.
Also new are email notifications. When an in-app notification stays unread for 5 minutes, an email is sent with a copy of the notification.
Next to that, the browser icon now shows a red dot when you have unread notifications in your inbox.
We’ve also improved the custom Duration attribute. It now accepts flexible input formats such as simple numbers, decimals, day-based values, or combinations of days, hours, and minutes.
After entry, values are automatically reformatted into a clear, readable format. This is an early step toward a more complete time-tracking & timer experience.
While Orsane already supports internal collaboration, agencies still need a better way to work with clients—beyond long email threads and fragile shared spreadsheets.
External collaborators bring client communication into Orsane itself. Clients will be able to follow progress, give feedback, and stay aligned without friction. The experience is designed to stay simple:
Looking further ahead, smart lists (saved searches) and a more complete timer and time-tracking experience are planned next, building on the work already done with the duration field.
